Return and Refund Policy

Overview

Tekky wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We are always here to help troubleshoot any issues. If you experience any issues or missing parts with your purchase, please contact support@tekkydesign.com for assistance.

Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days from the purchase date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and RA number included in the box with the item being returned.

Please note, no returns are accepted after October 15th for any reason. Return eligibility resumes on products purchased after October 31st.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account to confirm the refund hasn’t been posted.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take a few business days for the refund to officially appear.
  3. Reach out to your bank, since processing times can vary between institutions.

If you’ve completed all of the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@TekkyCreations.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@TekkyCreations.com.  We will email you back once approved with an RA number and further instructions on where to send your exchange.

Shipping returns

Once your return is approved, we will email you the RA number, return address, and further instructions.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your total refund amount.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
